Add Single or Multiple URLs

To enable SnapifyWeb to capture screenshots, you need to add the webpage URL. Upon clicking the ‘Add URLs’ button, you will have three options:

Single URL: Add one URL to capture screenshots for a single web page
Multiple URLs: Add multiple URLs to capture screenshots for several web pages
From Sitemap: Upload a sitemap containing multiple URLs

Adding a Single URL #

URL: The only required field. Enter the webpage URL to capture, starting with http:// or https://.
Title: Set an optional title for easier identification on your overview page. Useful for long or similar URLs.
Preset Options (Adjustable):
- Capture Frequency: Set how often screenshots are taken. Defaults to daily but can be adjusted.
- Starting Time: Defaults to now but can be manually set to a specific time and day.
- Resolution: Set the width and height for the screenshots to match your needs.

Adding Multiple URLs #

If you want to add multiple web pages at once, choose this option. Most settings are the same as for a single web page, except for the “Title” field, which is only set for individual URLs. Enter a list of URLs, one per line, in the large form field. You can enter up to 500 URLs.

To track all or many pages of a website, use a tool like www.xml-sitemaps.com to generate a list of URLs as a sitemap. Import the sitemap as given in the next section.

Adding URLs from sitemap #

If you have the URL of an XML sitemap, usually found at domain.com/sitemap.xml, you can retrieve all the pages listed in it and automatically include them. Before finalizing, you can review the list to choose which URLs to keep or discard. This process only applies to sitemaps that directly list pages, not those that link to other sitemaps. For sitemaps that contain links to additional sitemaps, you’ll need to submit each sub-sitemap link separately.
