SnapifyWeb allows you to automatically email screenshots to the email address associated with your account. This feature can be enabled or disabled from the List URLs page using a simple toggle button. When enabled, an email will be sent each time a screenshot is captured.
Enabling Email Screenshots #
- Navigate to List URLs page:
- Log in to your SnapifyWeb account.
- Go to the List URLs page, where you manage your URLs and settings.
- Enable Email Screenshots:
- Locate the toggle button for email screenshots.
- Switch the toggle to the “Enabled” position to activate email notifications.
Disabling Email Screenshots #
- Navigate to List URLs page:
- Log in to your SnapifyWeb account.
- Go to the List URLs page.
- Disable Email Screenshots:
- Locate the toggle button for email screenshots.
- Switch the toggle to the “Disabled” position to deactivate email notifications.
How It Works #
- Email Address: The email address used to send screenshots is the one associated with the account at the time of account creation.
- Email Timing: An email will be sent whenever a screenshot is taken, ensuring you receive timely updates of your monitored URLs.
Troubleshooting #
- Not Receiving Emails: Ensure the email address associated with your SnapifyWeb account is correct and check your spam or junk folder.
- Toggle Not Working: If the toggle button does not work as expected, try refreshing the page or logging out and back in. If the issue persists, contact SnapifyWeb support.
